We can help change the lives of foster children throughout the Bay Area!
Friends of Alameda County CASA, Inc. (the board of directors for Alameda County CASA) helps to recruit, train, and support CASA volunteers who are a constant in the lives of these children — those they can count on for compassion, guidance, advocacy, and information — and we've launched a fitness campaign to bring friends and family together to work towards fitness goals and fundraise for our foster youth. It would be great if you were a part of it!
Here's my story...
While 2020 was a year like no other, it introduced me to Peloton (thank you Sue Cardillo!), so it's no surprise I chose cycling miles for my fitness goal. It's also no surprise to anyone in sales that using prior year results to determine stretch goals in the new year is key (thank you John Stolte!), so with an average of 50 miles per week in 2020, my 2021 fundraising goal is 75 miles per week a — yep, that's a 50% increase over prior year!
