Make an Impact for Foster Youth in Your Community
Join me in supporting real change. Let’s create more good in the world and make a difference in the lives of foster children. Help Friends of Alameda County CASA recruit, train, and support dedicated volunteers to be the constant in a foster child's life.
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal of $1,200 for foster youth. I've worked professionally in the field of child abuse prevention and intervention and youth advocacy for over 20 years. I have seen firsthand what a difference a caring adult can make toward a child's brighter more successful future.
Fitness is a way of life no matter what our age or ability. "Just keep moving" is my motto for 2021. Join me in supporting movement as a way of life for optimal health and wellness, For foster youth, in addition to my regular workouts, I will ride, walk, and hike (ski, snowshoe, and more) 100 miles through March 31st.
